SaveKit does not host, store, cache, or redistribute any media files or copyrighted content. Our Service:
- Processes URLs in real-time only
- Does not maintain copies of any downloaded content
- Does not store user download history
- Acts solely as a technical intermediary
2.2 Content Source
All content accessed through our Service originates from and remains on third-party platforms. We do not:
- Upload or host any media
- Create copies of copyrighted works
- Bypass access controls or DRM protections
- Access private or restricted content

4. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
4.1 Required Information
If you believe that content accessible through our Service infringes your copyright, please submit a written DMCA notice containing:

Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are involved

Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including the specific URL(s) or sufficient information to locate the material

4.2 Submission
Send your complete DMCA notice to: support@savekit.io with subject line "DMCA Notice"
Note: Incomplete notices may not receive a response. Please ensure all required elements are included.
5. Our Response Process
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:
- Review the notice for completeness and validity
- Take appropriate action, which may include:
- Blocking the specific URL from processing
- Adding the content to our restricted list
- Notifying relevant parties if applicable
- Respond to the complainant within a reasonable timeframe
5.1 Limitations
Because we do not host content, our ability to "remove" material is limited to:
- Preventing specific URLs from being processed
- Blocking access to certain content sources
- Implementing technical restrictions
For removal of the actual content, you must contact the platform hosting the original material.
6. Counter-Notification
6.1 When to File
If you believe material was blocked or restricted by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification.
6.2 Required Information
Your counter-notification must include:

Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and its location before removal

A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification

Your name, address, and telephone number

A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if outside the United States, any judicial district in which savekit.io may be found

A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person

6.3 Process Timeline
Upon receiving a valid counter-notification:
- We will forward it to the original complainant
- The complainant has 10-14 business days to file a court action
- If no action is filed, we may restore access to the material
7. Repeat Infringer Policy
We maintain a policy to terminate or restrict access for users who are repeat infringers. This includes:
- Users who repeatedly submit infringing URLs
- Users who abuse our Service for copyright infringement
- Users who circumvent our restrictions
8. Misrepresentation Warning
Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed by mistake, may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.
